Intellectual property
1) General structure of the website
The general structure of the website is the exclusive property of the Établissement Public du Musée du Louvre (EPML). Any reproduction, representation, in whole or in part, use, adaptation, provision, or modification by any process, any person, and any means whatsoever (particularly sales, marketing, rental, etc.) without the express authorisation of the EPML, any authors or rights holders is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of the French Intellectual Property Code.
2) Website content
The EPML is assignee of the intellectual property rights and/or holder of the necessary operating authorisations for the distribution of scientific, cultural and educational content on its website. This content includes, but is not limited to: texts, images, audio recordings, and audiovisual or multimedia documents.
